Exelcom offers a comprehensive low cost maintenance package to suit all users whether the system was installed by us or not. We provide monthly or quarterly inspections/maintenance on the systems usually weighing the system’s exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
The monitoring services we provide are remote or onsite monitoring services. We set-up the control rooms for the surveillance systems equipped with all the necessary gadgets to make it operational. We provide trained CCTV Operators who monitor the daily activities and report on occurrences as well as provide video footages for further investigations.
